What a concept, diplomacy by talking instead of shouting or shooting. But the shrub responded, "It will send the wrong message. ... He obviously doesn't realize that nothing suppresses human rights and human dignity like an ill-conceived, ill-planned, ill-managed and probably ill-egal war.
